How to file a notice

Email Contact us with the subject DMCA NOTICE. Include the URL of our page, a description of your work, your contact details and a good-faith statement. Claims without evidence are rejected.

What counts as infringement

Copying our full articles, hotlinking our images to avoid hosting costs, and republishing our data tables without credit all qualify. Brief quotes with links, criticism and attribution do not. When in doubt, link instead of copying.

Mistakes and misuse

Automated systems sometimes flag original reporting as syndicated content. Include a phone number so we can resolve those cases quickly. False claims filed to silence reporting may carry legal consequences.

What happens next

We review notices within three business days. Valid claims lead to immediate removal while we investigate. Frivolous claims are rejected with an explanation. Repeat infringers lose submission privileges.

Counter notices

If material was removed in error, reply with your name, address, consent to jurisdiction and agreement to accept service. We restore content within ten business days unless the complainant files court action.
