Corrections with a source are handled within one business day. Tips are reviewed daily. General questions may take up to three days. We cannot reply to every message, but every one is read.
Before you write
Include the page URL for corrections, the date and location for news tips, and any documents that help us verify. Photos are useful when they include time and place information. We do not pay for interviews or accept conditions that limit what we can report.
If something does not add up, tell us. That is how the reporting gets better.
